Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
1 herb pizza Base
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1/4 cup grated Cheese
Oil or for greasing
For the Vegetable Topping
1/4 cup sliced baby Corn
1/4 cup cubed Carrot
1/4 cup cubed Zucchini
1/4 cup sliced red Peppers
1/2 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
For the Cheese Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tbsp all-purpose Flour
1/8 cup Milk
1/4 cup grated Cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
How to make Vegetable Pizza
Step 1: Heat butter in a pan, then add flour to it.
Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of water and stir continuously.
Step 3: Afterwards, add the milk, cheese, salt and pepper and simmer it. Now, cheese sauce is prepared.
Step 4: In an another pan, heat the butter and add all the vegetables to it.
Step 5: Add salt and pepper to it and saute it for 3 minutes, then set it aside. Now vegetable topping is prepared.
Step 6: Place the pizza base on greased baking tray.
Step 7: Spread the cheese sauce on the top of pizza, then the vegetable topping on it.
Step 8: Spread tomato sauce, then sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake it in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until base turns into brown color.
Step 9: Serve hot pizza.
